Listen, Ive had some serious work done. I was recommended here by a friend and I am now recommending to you. This place is golden. I dont know if I can say names but Mrs. W—— is the bees knees. Friendly, accommodating, nice and honest. They are absolutely amazing. I have had extremely bad experiences with dentists and HVFD and their staff make me look forward to the next visit. They are stunning and amazing and nice. Great work. Great professionals. Great atmosphere. I absolutely feel comfortable and cared about there. They are incredible and darn perfect near.

I was a patient here for about 5 years. for the last 3 years (approximately) the quality of care seem to have diminished. THEY cancelled an appointment and could/would not reschedule for more than4 months. This was not related to the birth of Abby's child. The last three times I was there, I was left waiting in the chair after cleaning for more than 30 minutes for the dentist to do my exam. I walked out the third time and will NOT return. I found this to be arrogant, rude, unprofessional, and several other adjectives I could use. I did wait for a month to write this so that it was not written out of anger, but calmly. The hygienists have ALL been professional, cheerful, and a pleasure to interact with.

My husband & I both enjoyed our visits at Hardin Valley! The staff was very friendly, communicative & thorough. I have never been to a dentist that was so gentle & caring about my comfortability. We also do not have dental insurance & found this place to be the most affordable for a dentist plan. We drove 45 minutes just to come here & it was very worth it!

Excellent people! Everyone there is the best. My wife and I have been here for over a year and they have been so good to us. Service, communication, and helping with overall dental health are all amazing. I am sad that our insurance switched and we will no longer be in network. I would stay!

Had a great experience at Harden Valley Dentistry yesterday—honestly one of the smoothest appointments I’ve had in a long time. My appointment was at 1:00 PM, and I was called back almost immediately after checking in (which feels like winning the lottery at a doctor’s office 😄). Hillary, the hygienist who filled in for my usual one, was fantastic—friendly, professional, and very efficient. She made the whole cleaning quick and comfortable, and I really appreciated how thorough she was. What stood out most was the extra care she took to share helpful information, especially with my upcoming hip replacement. She gave me great guidance about antibiotics and what to watch for, which was reassuring. She also shared a tip about using mouthwash before brushing so the toothpaste can better protect gums and enamel—something I had been doing backwards for years! Overall, excellent experience. Great staff, great communication, and they clearly care about their patients. Highly recommend Harden Valley Dentistry!
